The retreat experience with Sonia is distinct from the one-on-one coaching she provides. Each has great purpose. Sonia builds in space for self-reflection, which I find so valuable because it is hard to carve out space in the hustle of everyday life to really give my full attention to my personal growth. The sisterhood that is created amongst the women is so important to me. I am able to shed a lot of the ego that I arm myself with in the real world and be vulnerable with women who inspire me and who say “I hear you, me too.” The work done during a retreat provides me with tools and insight that I can integrate into my life and I have experienced lasting growth every time I honor myself with the gift of the retreat.
