If I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again: I’m a relationship junky!
This driving passion has fueled almost three decades of dedicated study and exploration into what it takes to create fulfilling relationships – in all areas of life.
It’s been the muse that inspired the creation of many of our most successful programs like Create Your Dream Relationship with the Mystics Formula, and The Relationship Mastery Circle for Women. Currently I’m facilitating an intimate group of women focused on transforming their relationships with men by re-awakening their feminine power.
Recently while in preparation for one particular session a question came to me, “Sonia after all that you’ve studied, learned and experienced… if you had to pick the #1 factor that determines relationship success, what would it be?”
A bit to my surprise, the answer that floated to the surface wasn’t what I expected. The answer was not communication, love, patience, vision, or faith. The answer was not even commitment.
The answer was Courage!
Courage is at the root of everything else that is needed for relationships to thrive and flourish. Why? Because at the end of the day, relationships are about love. Loving yourself. Loving an ideal. Loving another. And as long as we are in this human form, we will always attach human limitations to love. We’ll believe that with love we risk loss, rejection, a broken heart, embarrassment, abandonment, judgment.. etc.
Courage, however, defies all these limitations. And as long as you keep summoning it – to be and do what your relationships require – they will grow! As a matter of fact, I would dare to say that courage is the secret ingredient of EVERY dream you wish to come true.
Every time you lean into the fear that you think is standing between you and your dream, two magical things happen:
1 You tell the Universe that the thing you fear is not real, causing the fear to weaken.
2 You become the Bigger You which then powerfully summons the reality the Bigger You has the opportunity to experience.
