Surpass Your Limits(R) programs are conducted on video conferencing platforms. These programs are recorded. These calls are conducted in group and forum style and are therefore NOT private. I give my permission to use images, audio or video recordings for the purpose of curriculum development, educational and training purposes. I also understand that these images, audio or visual recordings may be used for promotional purposes. To protect my privacy and confidentiality I may participate with my camera off and change or remove my name in my profile settings. I waive any rights of compensation or ownership of these images/audio or video recordings. I release Sonia M.
