HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

This is a Being program not a Doing program.
This means that this program is the OPPOSITE of what you’re probably used to.

– It is NOT a college course.
– There is very little to DO, other than to Just Show Up and Just Press Play
– This means that you receive more, by doing less.
– It will likely feel foreign and uncomfortable, therefore …

Ignore the Nike saying, “Just Do It” and replace it with “Just Show Up”… no matter what.
– No matter if you feel like you’re behind.
– No matter if you feel like you lost your motivation.
– No matter if you feel like a mess.

In this program you’ll discover how your Presence Is More Powerful Than Your Productivity.

As best you can, just keep showing up:
– To the trainings
– To the Q&A recordings
– To group coaching

HELPFUL HINTS
– Block out sacred time in your calendar.
– Create a sign: Your Big Why (this is what’s at stake for you)
– Do this with a buddy. Hold each other accountable.

BUFFET STYLE – LESS IS MORE

There are many resources you can access. Like a buffet, pick the resources that feel good to you. Right size your portions so that you can keep showing up.

WEEKLY TIME COMMITMENT

If you’d like to follow the program within a 90 day container as it was designed, you’ll want to dedicate time as follows:

  • 20 minute each morning or evening for the 30 Day Challenge daily micro teachings or follow along Guided Practices.
  • 60-90 minutes once per week for a Video Training (Orientation + 10 Modules)
  • 60 minutes per week for a live group coaching call or Q&A video.

– Above all else, go at your own pace, but if you’d like to follow the rhythm that this program was designed for, give yourself a full week between each training video.
– This program is experiential and you’ll see results as you practice training your awareness.
– Unlike the world of Doing which prizes productivity and efficiency, this program shows you how to receive so much more by slowing down, making space, and simply Being.  In other words, more is not better.  Don’t rush through this. Trust the process.
– That said, the training videos come from the recordings of The Receive Experience that I taught live to students over three months.
– While most of my interactions with students have been edited out, I’ve retained some engagement to provide a feel for our community. When there are opportunities for check-ins in the training videos, I encourage you to take that time to check-in with yourself and make a few notes about what you’re noticing each week as you move through the program.
