I would love to talk to you.
If you’re a woman who is smart and capable and have a yearning to make a difference, but sometimes feel like an impostor – I want to talk to you.
If you know you’re intelligent, competent and successful by most people’s standards, yet you feel limited, held back or constrained – I want to talk to you.
If you have a friend or family member who sounds like what I’ve described above, I want to talk to her.
Why?
Because I was one of those women. And I am passionately called to serve other women who struggle in this way.
You see, despite the fact that I’m intelligent and have accomplished things that might impress others, I used to feel that my inner world didn’t match my outer world.
I was, and still am, a high achiever. Some of my accomplishments include being an Assistant Vice President at an Institutional Brokerage Firm at the age of 24, earning a Masters Degree in Social Work, writing and publishing a best-selling spiritual self-help book that has been translated into 5 languages, co-owning a 200 acre vineyard and selling award winning wines, building and running a successful business for 20 years as a life coach, speaker and author – all while juggling a committed marriage, volunteer work, and being a deeply involved mother in the lives of my children.
Despite all this, for a significant portion of my life, I felt imprisoned. I felt as if I were bursting. I felt a calling to be and do big things. To touch people in deep ways. To make a difference. And no matter what I accomplished I seemed to keep hitting an invisible wall that left my heart and soul feeling separate from my fullest potential.
This discontent is what has driven me my entire life. This discontent is what gave birth to a deep understanding of what I now know is a common phenomenon. It is a problem I see in epidemic proportions. I call it The Power Paradox and label it a problem because for every woman who struggles with it, the world is deprived of her much needed unique contribution.
I have found my way through The Power Paradox and I have had the honor to help many other women travel this journey of liberation. Having worked with professional women of all kinds: physicians, business owners, executives across diverse industries in both the private and public sector, I’ve seen The Power Paradox at work. I’ve guided women through it and I’ve witnessed the peace, joy and freedom that comes from resolving it.
If you’ve been in my orbit within the past 20 years, what I’m talking about today may seem like a departure. But it’s not. It’s more of a natural expansion that has occurred as I’ve resolved my own Power Paradox.
As I stand in the fullest truth of who I am, I invite you to explore for yourself what it would mean to access your untapped power.
The reason you don’t feel as powerful as you know you are, is simply because you haven’t figured out how to fully access and bring forth what is already within you. I’d love to help you learn how.
If this speaks to you, and you are searching, longing to fully embody your innate genius, seek your illumination and begin to discover your blind spots.
